Order Confirmation & Contract
Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. A legally binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched or when your build slot is officially confirmed in writing.
Your Right to Cancel (The Cooling-off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order:
Parts & Accessories:
Within 14 days of receiving the goods.
CustomBuilds:
Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your unique specifications (e.g., bespoke interior conversions).
Returns & Refunds
Unwanted Items:
Must be returned in original, resaleable condition at the buyer’s expense.
RefundProcessing:
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to:
Within 30 days:
Within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Within 6 months:
A repair or replacement. If we cannot fix it, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.
Pricing & VAT
All prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT at 20% unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
